Support Revolution is the UK headquartered challenger in the third party support market. It is privately held and has built a strong EMEA footprint with growing presence in North America.

Strengths

Where buyers consistently rate Support Revolution well in our comparison work:

  • UK and EU data residency. For buyers with strict data residency requirements, a UK headquartered vendor with EU based support staff is a tangible procurement advantage.
  • Public sector and regulated industries. A meaningful share of the customer base sits in UK public sector, financial services, and healthcare. Procurement frameworks and supplier due diligence are well rehearsed.

  • Less established Hyperion and EPM depth. Coverage of Hyperion, Essbase, and the broader EPM stack is more limited than specialist vendors.
  • Twenty four seven follow the sun. Twenty four seven coverage is available but the heritage is EMEA business hours. Test the after hours model in the SLA.
