- Less established Hyperion and EPM depth. Coverage of Hyperion, Essbase, and the broader EPM stack is more limited than specialist vendors.
- Twenty four seven follow the sun. Twenty four seven coverage is available but the heritage is EMEA business hours. Test the after hours model in the SLA.
