Step 01, We listen. One call, 45 minutes. We capture your Oracle estate, your current support spend, your renewal date, and your risk appetite. That is the entire intake. We do not need a 200 page RFP document. Week 1.
Step 02, We compare. We run the RFP across the right TPS vendors for your estate. Not every vendor is right for every estate. Quotes come back inside two to four weeks. We compare them line by line, coverage, SLA, tax and regulatory updates, security patches, ticket volumes, exit clauses, reinstatement rules. Weeks 2 to 6.
Step 03, We negotiate. We push the winning vendor down to floor pricing using the other quotes as leverage. We rewrite the contract clauses that matter. You sign a contract you understand. Success fee, if you picked that model, is paid only after the contract is signed and only on the savings we delivered. Weeks 6 to 12.

Still workable. We have a compressed track that gets a comparison and a negotiation completed inside 30 days. It is tighter, but vendors will quote fast when an advisor is on the call and the buyer is real.
If you have less than 60 days until renewal, mention it on the form and we will fast track the intake.
